Ramon Sellers Sirvent, designer at AUDI AG, shared insights about the design of the new Q3 SUV.
This week, our factory welcomed Ramon Sellers Sirvent, a designer at AUDI AG, who leads the exterior design team responsible for the new Q3 model. Nearly thirty colleagues had the opportunity to meet the Spanish expert in person.
As part of the Design Meetup event, employees got a behind-the-scenes look at the design process and had the chance to see the new model up close. During the discussion, beyond the appearance of the Q3, the conversation also covered the design process of Audi models—from the first sketch all the way to production.
Guided by Ramon, they walked around the model together and heard firsthand from the designer about the considerations that shaped the design—including how many design decisions are influenced by safety aspects, and how specific details intentionally convey messages about the vehicle’s character.
