As part of our program, which adapts to the current production situation, we start with a comprehensive company presentation and then witness the impressive work of the giant press machines cutting, shaping, and forming steel and aluminum sheets in the press shop. The result is body parts for specific Audi models. We can observe the fascinating “dance” of the welding robots in the body shop’s 85% automated environment and learn about various joining techniques. Let’s take a walk together through the assembly hall, where painted bodies from the paint shop are transformed into finished cars within five hours, following a predefined production schedule.
