Board Members

After training as an industrial fitter and studying precision engineering at the FH in Munich, Alfons Dintner began his career at Audi AG in Ingolstadt in 1987. Since then, the diploma engineer has assumed extensive management responsibilities within the Volkswagen Group. In leading positions in planning, production, development and consulting, he has worked internationally for companies such as Seat, Volkswagen South Africa, Bentley, Lamborghini and FAW-Volkswagen. After serving as General Director of Audi Brussels, Member of the Board of Management of Volkswagen de México, CEO of Audi Mexico and Head of the Pre-Series Center of AUDI AG in Ingolstadt, he has been CEO of Audi Hungaria since 2019. Alfons Dintner was born in 1963 in Hepberg (Germany) and has one daughter and one son. He is interested in mechanical wristwatches and enjoys traveling and exploring the world also in his spare time.

Kinga Németh, Director of Human Resources and Organization at Audi Hungaria, studied economics at the Budapest University of Economics after graduating from the University of Szeged with a degree in German Studies. At Audi Hungaria, she gained experience in finance and controlling and held several management positions in the field of human resources. In 2017, she took on a management position at AUDI AG in Ingolstadt in the field of dual vocational training. She returned to Győr as Head of the Audi Academy and as of 2021, she is a member of the Board of Management of Audi Hungaria responsible for Human Resources and Organization. Kinga Németh was born in 1971 in Győr. She has one son. Németh is interested in many facets of culture and loves jogging- especially in nature.

After studying economics at the European Business School, Dr. Patrick Heinecke began his career at the Volkswagen Group in 2003 as an international trainee. He then moved to the accounting department in Wolfsburg. From 2006 to 2009, he gained extensive additional experience as a board member in the Finance and Controlling department of the Volkswagen Group.  After completing his doctorate at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, he joined VW AG in 2010 as Head of Group Controlling for the Audi, Seat, Porsche, Scania, MAN and Overseas brands. At AUDI AG, he was responsible for corporate strategy, planning and controlling for seven years. He has been a member of the Board of Management for Finance, IT, Procurement and Compliance at Audi Hungaria since 2020. Patrick Heinecke was born in 1977 in Seeheim-Jugenheim, Germany. He is married and has two children. After work, he likes to ride his bike or go jogging.

Zoltán Les graduated as a mechanical engineer from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He began his career in 1997 as a series designer in the vehicle assembly department of Audi Hungaria, which he became head of in 2000. In 2008, he moved to Ingolstadt, where he held management positions in vehicle production. Two years later, he returned to Győr and headed the assembly, logistics and pre-production departments. Since 2019, he has been responsible for vehicle production on the Board of Management of Audi Hungaria. Zoltán Les was born in 1971 in Pécs (Hungary). He is married with two daughters. Les also loves to travel. In the region, he can often be found in a dragon boat, at a triathlon or on his motorcycle.

Robert Buttenhauser began his career at AUDI AG in 1995 after studying production engineering at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. There and at Audi Hungaria, he was responsible for various production and quality assurance departments in vehicle and powertrain production along the value chain. He gained extensive international experience during the planning and construction of the Volkswagen engine plant in Silao and at Volkswagen sites in China and India. From 2017, he was responsible for the overall planning of vehicle powertrains and chassis components in the Audi Group. Since 2021, he has been a member of the Board of Management of Audi Hungaria, responsible for the production of combustion and electric powertrains. Robert Buttenhauser was born in Fürth, Germany, in 1969.  He is married with two sons. In his spare time, his hobby of classic cars from the 1970s connects him with the Group's rich history.
