“processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
“processor” means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;
“personal data breach” means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;
“third party” means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data;
“personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

The core pages of Audi Hungaria ("The Company", "Portfolio", "News" and "Audi Akademie": hereinafter referred to as “core pages”) only use cookies necessary for the number of visitors and their time intervals, as well as statistical cookies, if the data subject has consented to their use.
When using the website, AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt. ensures that the user gives his/her consent to the use of cookies in full compliance with the provisions of the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR. Consent is managed according to the principles set out in the second point.

When using the website, AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt. ensures that the user gives his/her consent to the use of cookies in full compliance with the provisions of the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR. Consent is managed according to the following principles

The user can decide whether to allow or disable cookies in a granular manner. The following categories may be selected separately on the consent interface:
The accept and reject buttons are displayed with the same visual emphasis, ensuring symmetrical choice. Pre-selected options are not allowed, none of the categories can be automatically selected.

The user may modify or withdraw their consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link available in the footer of the website. The withdrawal shall take effect immediately and any cookies that have been previously placed shall be deleted.
4. Registration of consent
Audi Hungaria shall retain the fact and date of the consent for 36 months. The record contains the timestamp of consent, the pseudo-anonymised form of the IP address (hash), and the settings chosen by the user.
5. Scope of data processed in connection with cookies
In addition to the personal data provided during the visit of the website, certain technical information may be automatically recorded with the help of cookies placed on the user's device. This data may include: the number and duration of page visits, subpages visited, entry and exit pages, clicks and scrolling data, the type of user's device (desktop, mobile phone or tablet), the type and version of the browser used, the screen resolution, and the pseudo-anonymised IP address (abbreviated by the last octet). In some cases, the settings provided by the user and the time spent on the website may also be recorded.
AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt. does not and cannot link these data to personal data. The sharing of data is decided by the user based on the explicit consent given to us and the cookie settings set in the browser. Other data provided for the use of the website are processed only with the voluntary consent of the user.
AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt. draws attention to the fact that minors should not initiate legal transactions (e.g. purchases or any other transaction) as defined by the relevant legislation without the permission of a parent or legal representative.
6. Purpose of processing
Cookies serve to improve the user experience, the purpose is to analyse the use of the Website and optimise the user experience. Through the use of cookies, the system automatically generates statistical data about the duration of the visit and the pages visited in order for the Operator to be able to further develop, optimise and tailor the services of the Website to the needs of the User. The Operator also uses cookies to provide the User with content that is in line with the User's previous activity during the next visit, and can automatically load the User's own settings, thus making the use of the website more convenient.
The Operator handles all data and facts concerning Users confidentially, and uses them exclusively for the development of its services and the preparation of its own statistics. The reports made about them are published only in a form that is not suitable for the individual identification of individual Users.
The Operator shall not transfer, publish, sell, rent or make available to third parties your personal data without your consent, if it is only necessary for the
purposes set out in this Privacy Statement or if it is required by law.
7. Duration of processing
Session IDs are automatically deleted when you leave the website. At the same time, certain cookies remain on the device for a longer period of time in order for AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt. to retain the user's previous settings and preferences, so that they do not have to be re-entered on the next visit and the use of the website is more convenient.

8.1 Scope of persons having access to data, processors in the case of audi.hu core pages
The user's data may only be accessed by the competent employees of AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt., who perform processing tasks in accordance with the law. For the operation of the website (core pages) and for the operation of Adobe Analytics, Audi Hungaria uses a commissioned operator, which processes the transmitted data in accordance with the relevant legislation and the provisions of this Notice.
The information collected by Adobe Analytics shall not be passed on to third parties for marketing or other purposes.

8.2 Scope of persons having access to the data, processors in the case of the audi.hu/karrier
The user's data may only be accessed by the competent employees of AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt., who perform processing tasks in accordance with the law. In order to operate the website (career pages) and to operate the self-developed measurement system (career pages), Audi Hungaria uses a commissioned processor, which processes the transmitted data in accordance with the relevant legislation and the provisions of this Notice.
The data collected by our own measurement system shall not be passed on to third parties for marketing or other purposes.

Data protection rights and remedies
Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Articles 15–20 of the GDPR, you have the following rights with regard to your personal data processed by Audi Hungaria:
a) access personal data;
b) request the rectification of personal data;
c) request the erasure of personal data;
d) request restriction of processing of personal data;
e) object to the processing of your personal data;
f) receive the personal data and transmit those to another controller, provided that the legal preconditions for this are met (right to data portability, see below clause 0);
g) if the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
You may send your request to exercise the above rights to the contact details specified in clause 1.1. Audi Hungaria shall provide information on the action taken in response to the request without undue delay, but generally within 30 days of receipt of the request. If Audi Hungaria does not take action, it shall provide information on the reasons for not taking action without delay, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the request. If you do not agree with Audi Hungaria's response or action, you may seek legal remedies. Audi Hungaria shall communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing carried out to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Upon request, Audi Hungaria shall provide information on the recipients.
Right of access
You have the right to obtain from Audi Hungaria confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and, where that is the case, you have the right to obtain access to your personal data and to be informed of the circumstances of their processing. The information requested may include, inter alia, the following data: the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom Audi Hungaria has or will disclose the personal data; the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored; and, where the data was not collected directly from you, any available information as to its source.
Rectification
You have the right to obtain from Audi Hungaria without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data and to have incomplete personal data completed.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
You have the right to obtain from Audi Hungaria the erasure of personal data without undue delay, where one of the following grounds applies:
a) the personal data are no longer necessary;
b) if the consent on which the processing is based is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
c) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
d) if the personal data has been unlawfully processed by Audi Hungaria;
e) if the personal data must be erased for compliance with the law.
The data shall not be erased by Audi Hungaria if the processing is necessary for one of the following reasons: (i) for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information; (ii) for compliance with a legal obligation requiring the processing of personal data; (iii) or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain from Audi Hungaria the restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
a) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction applies for a period enabling Audi Hungaria to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the data and request the restriction of their use instead;
c) Audi Hungaria no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or
d) you have objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
Where processing has been restricted, such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State. Audi Hungaria shall inform you before the restriction of processing is lifted.
Right to object
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data based on Audi Hungaria's legitimate interest. In this case, Audi Hungaria shall no longer process the personal data unless the Controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, provided that this does not violate the rights and freedoms of others. You also have the right to have Audi Hungaria directly transmit those data to another controller, where:
