Audi Hungaria - The Company

In accordance with section 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) the Executive Board of AUDI AG is obliged to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal corporate guidelines as well as to encourage compliance of group entities by delivering a declaration of compliance.
This process is monitored by the Audit Committee, whom informs the Executive Board of AUDI AG prompt, regulary and completely about all relevant issues regarding corporate compliance.

Audi Hungaria, as a member of AUDI Group, is obliged to comply with the above-mentioned obligations of the parent company and local legal regulations.
