“At Audi Hungaria, it has become a tradition during the Advent season to join forces and help wherever the need arises. The willingness of our colleagues to help is exemplary and I am grateful that this year we are once again making the holidays of many of our fellow human beings brighter together,” said Kinga Németh, Member of the Board of Management of Audi Hungaria responsible for Human Resources and Organization.
“Our company has a long tradition of donations and selfless help. Once again we are using the power of our community to support our fellow human beings in need. I am proud that with the help of our colleagues, those in need can also spend the Christmas holidays in comfort,” said György Nagy, Chairman of the Audi Hungaria Works Council.
The donation center, “Fogadó”, was established in October this year in a unique partnership between Audi Hungaria, the Győr Family and Child Welfare Services Center, the Győr Unified Health and Social Institute and the Győr Homeless Assistance Service Center. It coordinates the various donations centrally, with volunteers receiving offerings for those in need.
Since its foundation, Audi Hungaria has been committed to social responsibility. As the largest employer in the region, the four-ring company plays a key role in society: as a responsible economic actor, it supports the region’s social and health institutions, organizations, sports and cultural projects, and contributes to improving the quality of life of those living in the region through a number of community initiatives.
