Companies applying to qualify as a “Reliable Employer” have to meet a number of professional criteria in areas such as remuneration, social and welfare benefits, health and working conditions, training and development, and opportunities for development and career progression. Applications are evaluated by a five-member professional jury, and companies receiving the “Reliable Employer” title are eligible to keep it for three years.
“Audi Hungaria is constantly striving to support its employees in their professional advancement and career development, as well as in maintaining a good work-life balance and preserving their health. As a responsible employer, it is natural for us to provide our colleagues with ergonomic and modern working conditions. In today’s highly changing economic environment, it is increasingly challenging for companies to maintain a responsible human resources policy, and therefore this title is a great recognition for us”, said Kinga Németh, Member of the Board of Management of Audi Hungaria, responsible for Human Resources and Organization.
Audi Hungaria has been an important player in the Hungarian economy for more than 31 years. The company is now one of the largest employers in the country, offering long‑term career opportunities and job security to nearly 12,000 employees, and helping hundreds of trainees and interns to start their careers. Together with its suppliers, Audi Hungaria provides a living for around 50,000 people in the Győr-Moson-Sopron region.
In 2023, Audi Hungaria received the “Family Friendly Workplace” certificate from the Family Friendly Hungary Centre.
