Our national volleyball team at Audi in Győr

Győr, July 16, 2024 – Top athletes of the Hungarian Volleyball Federation visited the Audi Hungaria factory in Győr the previous day: the company hosted the Hungarian men’s volleyball team, the professional staff and the athletes of the Hungarian beach volleyball team. During an exclusive factory visit, the athletes had the opportunity to see the press shop, go behind the scenes of the body shop and take a closer look at the assembly line, where the final shape of the Audi Q3 models manufactured in Győr is formed.

Audi Hungaria has been sponsoring a number of sports organizations in the Győr region for many years as part of the corporate tax (TAO) allocations available to companies in Hungary, supporting not only elite sports but also recreational sports, as well as sports opportunities for people with disabilities. This year, Audi Hungaria has expanded its sports cooperation with three new partnerships: the Hungarian Volleyball Federation, the Hungarian Basketball Federation and the Hungarian Ice Hockey Federation.

As part of the partnership, the four-ring company is the chief sponsor of the 2024 Beach Volleyball National Championship and the event carries its name.
