The primary goal of Audi Hungaria’s Social Day is to help those around us and the environment. Whether it's small renovation projects in social institutions or schools, gardening and landscaping work, or activities for the elderly or with children, the main point is that everyone's participation was a simple contribution to the success of the day.
“It feels good to have worked together with the residents of the Maltese Charity Home to improve their environment. Through the projects of the Social Day, we help voluntarily by bringing our community together, thus contributing to the development of our region,” said Kinga Németh, Member of the Board of Management of Audi Hungaria responsible for Human Resources and Organization.

Audi Hungaria employees helped in eleven volunteer projects this year. Four-ring employees worked in children’s homes, several schools in the region, an animal shelter and the community building of a folk dance club.
This year’s new feature was plogging, i.e. sport combined with environmental protection. The result: healthier people and a healthier environment. And what exactly does this mean? Ploggers at Audi picked up litter along the route as part of a jog.

Corporate social responsibility is a core element of our strategy. For years, the company has been committed to supporting the canoeing department of the Győr Water Sports Association, the Student Sports Associations Staféta and EMBERsÉG DSE as well as the Maltese House of Providence. With these partnerships, Audi Győr is supporting not only competitive sports but also recreational sports and sports for people with disabilities.
